A personal application.

Maxwell Jarvis AI and its memory backup component are configured for the individual owner's personal use. This website describes that application; it does not offer public registration, public access to stored memory, a paid subscription, or a hosted assistant service to visitors.

Authorized use

The owner authorizes the application to process selected local memory and manage the application's encrypted backup files in the owner's Google Drive. Access must remain limited to the functions and permissions the owner approves. Existing Google account and service terms continue to apply.

Operating conditions

New backup uploads require the source Mac to be running with an active user session, internet access, valid Google authorization and available Drive storage. Existing uploaded files remain stored in Google Drive independently of the local backup program. This backup component does not make the assistant run on an independent cloud server.

Recovery and storage

The owner should keep the encryption key and tested recovery instructions in a separate trusted location. Google Drive storage limits apply; the program does not purchase additional storage or guarantee unlimited capacity. Backups should be checked and restored in an isolated location before any production replacement.

Owner control

The owner may stop the background program, revoke Google access and manage stored archives through their own Google account. For application support, use the support email shown on the Google authorization screen.
